Toy Story Land!
My summer started off with a bang! I finished school on June 6 and left that afternoon for our family vacation to Disney World. Yes, I went back again completing my 59th trip. Why do I keep going back? Well, there is always something new to experience! This trip had a lot of firsts for us, which I know is hard to believe!
We met up with a family that our daughter met on a Disney Cruise 2 years ago. The Crittendens and our family get along so well that we have cruised with them 2 other times and they came to visit us in Charleston last fall. Another family that loves Disney like us.
Our niece, Emilee, is in the College Program, so we were able to hang out her and treat her to a few good meals.
We ate at California Grill for Sunday Brunch. What an amazing experience and view! I don't know why it has taken us this long to eat there.
We rode all of the rides in Toy Story Land! This was our first time visiting Disney since Toy Story Land opened last summer. The theming is amazing and I love Slinky Dog Dash!
It was the first time I walked through 4 inches of water in Tomorrowland during a torrential downpour. We walked out of Buzz Lightyear and the next thing I knew I was more than ankle deep in water. Not a puddle, but standing water as the rain came down so hard.
We were able to experience the new photo opportunity at Magic Kingdom. It's by the East Garden. I love that they zoom in on you, pan out to see the crowd in front of the Castle, and zoom back on you. Watch the video!
These are some of the reasons we keep going back. Disney has something for everyone. It's never the same trip twice.
Just Think: Coming August 31 there will be a new Star Wars Land, the Food and Wine Festival will be happening in EPCOT, and Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Parties will have started. Yes, I'm going back in October for a weekend and yes, there will be something new for me to do!
Not only did I get to vacation in Disney for a week, but I also had 2 families that I planned trips for that week. For both of them it was their first visit to Disney World. I had so much fun planning for them and loved the pictures they posted. I help create memories that last a life time for families because I plan their vacations like they were my own.
This summer I have other clients going to Greece, Miraval Resort in Arizona, Yellowstone National Park, Montana, Cancun, Sedona, and on cruises just to name a few of the trips I have planned.
There is still time to book a summer trip and it's definitely not too early to start planning holiday and spring break vacations. Many of the popular destinations are booking up fast.
Let me help you plan a trip of a lifetime! You will be happy you did!
